Embedded Web Data Logger

Western Robotics has designed a compact inexpensive Embedded Web Data Logger that performs as a live web server via Ethernet connection and can be accessed from any where on the internet.  The web capability is used for remote configuration, real-time monitoring and troubleshooting.  This data logger includes essential networking features, including a 10Base-T/100Base-Tx Ethernet connection, full TCP/IP protocol stack and 256 bit AES encryption for secure communication.

4 to 6-Axis CNC Stepper Motor Controller

Bi-Polar Stepper Motor Controller

SMT Feeder Stations

Western Robotics' Surface Mount Technology (SMT) component feeder docking station is a custom dock station for pick and place machine's component feeders.  This dock station provides mobility to the machine operator to load and unload component tape reels to the machine's individual component feeders.  The SMT feeder docking station provides its own power to the to docked component feeder which allows the feeder to feed it's component tape reel forward or backwards for loading and unloading.  This allows the pick and place machine to operate without the interruption of having to load it's feeders to machine to prepare them.

SMT Component Feeders

Western Robotics provides ongoing product development on automatic OEM compatible surface mount device component tape feeders.  We believe in providing affordable higher quality SMT component tape feeders for existing pick & place machine users.

Western Robotics is currently developing and prototyping our own OEM compatible surface mount device component tape feeders in different tape width sizes.  Our product development before initial release involves testing them with the strictest tolerances to deliver precise and repeatable results.  Please be sure to check this page regularly for future updates.
